The Thomas Studio Dance Company program has been carefully structured so that each of our Dance Company members graduates with the training necessary to successfully participate in both the collegiate and professional dance world. Members of our Dance Company study and compete in all genres of dance including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, gymnastics, modern, and hip hop as we believe that a truly great dancer is one who is not only talented, but also extremely well rounded in their knowledge and technique.

Our choreographers and teachers believe that we are training the whole person and, as a result, our Dance Company presents work that is professional and of high artistic merit. Their hard work, technical ability, and dedication has garnered a reputation of excellence in our community and on the competition circuit. The TSDC was awarded 6 National Titles in 2013 and The Troupe (our senior group) was named the Federation of Dance Competitions 2013 People’s Choice Winner.

Graduates of our Dance Company can be found studying dance on scholarships at top performing arts schools throughout the nation, as well as pursuing professional performing arts careers. Most recent TSDC alum can be found dancing with and choreographing for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, on staff at Broadway Dance Center, and performing with numerous professional companies including the New York City Ballet and Parsons Dance.

The Thomas Dance Company reflects the passion and dedication of students and parents as well as the leadership and training of the faculty, guest artists and staff. Entrance into the TSDC is by invitation or audition only.
