The Thomas Dance Company recently returned from Virginia Beach where the dancers competed in a 6-day National Competition against over 35 studios from across the country and had the opportunity to train with master teachers in all genres.  In addition to a multitude of special judges awards, the studio was awarded 34 high-score awards, 8 choreography awards, and was one of only 12 studios invited to re-compete multiple routines during the final day of competition.  Below are just a few highlights from their amazing week!

• 1st Overall Awards in the Petite Large Group, Junior Line, Junior Small Group and Senior Small Group categories
• 11 Overall High Score Soloists in the Junior, Teen, and Senior categories
• 4 Overall High Score Duet/Trio Awards in the Petite, Junior and Senior categories
• 2 Apogee Awards for the highest scoring Lyrical & Acro group dances for the Teen/Senior divisions
